The Compliance Committee was formed as a result of the Settlement Agreement between the Homeowners Association and the owners of the Rancho Las Palmas Resort and County Club which now is KSL. 

The Committee consists of two members elected annually by the Homeowners and two members appointed by the Resort. 

The Homeowner representatives are Bill Yates and Ted Miller. The Resort members are Michael Walker and Anne Matt.

The committee meets monthly to discuss issues related to compliance with the Settlement Agreement. The agreement can be downloaded from the Board of Directors page.
