Committees

Learn about committees and activities in our community! If you are interested in starting a club or group, or joining an existing committee, please contact the board of directors or your community manager. If you’d simply like to join a group or club, contact the organizer for more information.

Volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all of the following committees:

Architectural Committee

The purpose of the Architectural Committee is to establish guidelines and procedures which support the aesthetic value and appearance of the community.  Committee members will be involved with reviewing guidelines, evaluating variances, ensuring owner compliance, reviewing and approving owner applications and interfacing with the Board of Directors.

Budget & Finance Committee

The purpose of the Budget and Finance Committee is as follows: To review the HOA financial statements each month for accuracy and to identify significant variances and anomalies for follow up; to recommend approval of the financial reports; to assist management in developing the annual operating budget; to assist management with evaluating contractor bids; and to assist the Board of Directors with annual Reserve Study review and managing reserve funds. 

Landscape Committee 

The purpose of the Landscape Committee is to monitor the condition of the common area landscaping and to interface with management.  Committee members will be involved with conducting landscape inspections, assessing plant and lawn conditions and participating in the development of long-term solutions to problems occurring as a result of resident use.  Committee members will be involved with reviewing guidelines, evaluating variances, reviewing and approving owner applications

Pool Committee

The purpose of the Pool Committee is to monitor the condition of the common area pools and to interface with management. Committee members will be involved with conducting inspections, assessing pool deck, pool equipment, pool furniture conditions and participating in the development of long-term solutions to problems occurring as a result of resident use. 

Security Committee

The purpose of the Security Committee is to monitor the access into the community and to interface with management.  Committee members will be involved with reviewing guidelines, procedures and policies for transponder use, gate access, open houses, gate hours, etc.
